FAUBOURG PROMOTION and SEQUABAT, two subsidiaries of the IDEC Group, have just handed over the keys to some business premises in the Parc du Val Vert in Le Plessis-Pâté (Essonne).This 3600 m² project is now home to the INCORE company.

On Wednesday 28th November in its offices in Paris, the IDEC GROUP agreed to take a share in the British property developer, BLOC. This latest operation carried out in conjunction with their partner, the SIMONS GROUP, confirms the IDEC Group’s desire to develop in the UK.
IDEC, leader in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving logistics, industrial and service sector properties, is working on the construction of a 37,000 m² warehouse for GOODMAN in Lambres-lez-Douai (Nord). With a few weeks to go the final handover of the project to the specialist in logistics property, IDEC has made available two of the six units in the building.
The IDEC INVEST Group, the investor within the IDEC Group, which specialises in business premises, will be working with ROLLS ROYCE on the construction of business premises for its nuclear division in Mondragon (Vaucluse). This 2158 m² project, work on which will start in January 2019, will house an assembly unit and the new headquarters for the firm in France.
