This brand new development covering 31,000 m\u00b2 will be built in Servon (Seine-et-Marne) split into five storage units. The building contract has been awarded to IDEC, the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP that specialises in logistics property. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A Sale FROM SCRATCH <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PGIM REAL ESTATE, an investor specialising in business premises has just acquired the project being developed by FAUBOURG PROMOTION near Paris. The project won them over for various reasons, such as the location at a major junction where roads and motorways come together and the fact that the construction work will get underway in ten months, as planning permission and licences have already been obtained.<\/p>\n<p><strong>30,000 m\u00b2 OF STORAGE <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project acquired by PGIM stretches out over a 7.6 hectare plot in the heart of the Le Noyer aux Perdrix Park. It involves the construction of a 31,000 m\u00b2 logistics warehouse divided into five 6000 m\u00b2 units. Planning permission has been given for the construction of a hub for dry or temperature controlled storage. Environmental aspects have been taken into account and the building should obtain BREEAM Good certification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A cross-sector approach with IDEC\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The construction of this logistics project is being handed over by PGIM REAL ESTATE to IDEC.
