A strong performance for the property sector, which has been taking advantage of this growth. Buy to let represents 26.5% of all property sold in spite of the rise in the cost of housing. To be more precise, 66.6% of the sales were for main homes and 5.4% for a second home.<\/p>\n<p>Another strong trend is that investors are now younger. According to the Fnaim, almost half of the sales concern purchasers aged under forty.
