A warehouse with very good level BREEAM certification<\/strong><\/p>\n SEQUABAT is working with the 3R Group, a land company specialising in the development of business properties, on the construction of a logistics platform in Castelnau d\u2019Estretefonds. The project includes two phases with the first currently being built over 10,000 square metres, with a second to follow on a similar surface area, but which is due to be erected later. Thanks to the work that has gone into the design and the use of specific processes and materials, the project aims to achieve Very Good level BREEAM certification when it is delivered.<\/p>\n The main structure already complete<\/strong><\/p>\n Since work got underway, the teams from SEQUABAT have been supervising the erection of this project. After the plot was prepared with earth shifting equipment, rigid structures were put in place and the base built. The builders then focused on pouring in the foundations before starting work on the elevations. The beams are now all in place and the roofing for the units is 50% complete. The next stage will involve putting on the cladding.<\/p>\n To be delivered in June 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n The construction of this warehouse will continue until next June. SEQUABAT will hand over the keys to two units and an office block representing a total of 10,000 m\u00b2.
