Sport, a lever for cohesion
Sport plays a central role within the GROUPE IDEC, embodying strong values such as self-improvement, cohesion, and well-being. In 2024, several highlights illustrated this commitment: an inter-company challenge brought together more than 40 employees in a collective dynamic, the Ekiden strengthened team spirit, and three employees had the opportunity to participate in the marathon for all organized as part of the Paris Olympic Games.
