THEBAULT INGENIERIE worked with the MAITRES LAITIERS DU COTENTIN on the design and construction of a milk processing factory (UHT baby milk, butter, cream and fresh cheeses). The project had to respect some basic functional needs: the reception of the milk, its treatment, manufacture, packaging, storage and dispatch, as well as offices.
