Renovation of an existing site

POIDS LOURDS SYNERGIES, which has held the dealership for the DAF brand for more than thirty years, sells trucks to those in the haulage trade in five departments with six showrooms. The firm relied on CECIA to reorganise its site in Poitiers to increase the amount of space available for administrative work, the reception area and to come up with high quality architecture for the whole of the building.

Support throughout

The teams at CECIA worked alongside their client from the birth of the project imagining a tailor-made solution. The in-house design team worked on the whole design project in close collaboration with their client offering the best solutions possible to meet their requirements, both in terms of the architecture and the management of the various flows (staff, public, …). The works teams then took over to run the whole of the construction project for this operation.

12 months of work

The work on this renovation and extension project at a site that remained operational, lasted twelve months and was done in various phases in order to ensure that constraints were minimised for the firm. The modifications concerned two areas with the creation of an extension for the admin section and the reception hall for the public. The entire frontage was given a complete covering with a more attractive finish.
