CECIA, the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP that specialises in consultancy work, surveys and the construction of all sorts of buildings, has just won the contract to lay out 2850 m² of offices and shops in a shopping park in Niort.

This project which will be run entirely by CECIA, is part of a bigger project, as two other phases have already been built by CECIA involving the construction of shops, workshops and offices (2300 m²).
