FAUBOURG PROMOTION and IDEC have just handed over the keys to a logistics warehouse for the POMONA GROUP in Wissous (Essonne). The successful handover of this project once again stresses the ability of the two subsidiaries of the IDEC GROUP to work with their clients from the search for land to the design and construction of a turnkey project for their new facilities.

FAUBOURG PROMOTION, the planner and developer of business premises and IDEC, the designer and builder of turnkey projects involving logistics, industrial and service sector property, once again brought together all their know-how to offer their client an all-round solution with a single business contact. These two subsidiaries of the IDEC GROUP offered the POMONA Group the possibility to search for land that was ideally located to erect these new business premises near Paris. This was followed by the design and construction of a turnkey project involving 11,600 m² of business premises.

In the heart of the Haut de Wissous 2 Park in Wissous (Essonne)

The POMONA Group was won over by the location found by FAUBOURG PROMOTION in the heart of the Haut de Wissous 2 Park in Wissous, a 35-hectare plot that was planned and developed by their teams. This new facility is the second time this specialist in the distribution of fresh produce has worked with IDEC after the handover in 2016 of another 16,000 m² warehouse for its subsidiary, EPISAVEUR.

11,600 m² to deal with the logistics business of TERRE AZUR

After eleven months of work managed by the IDEC Teams, the POMONA Group and their subsidiary, TERRE AZUR took possession of a 11,600 m² logistics unit. This project is based around a 2400 m² office block, which also includes staff facilities. 9200 m² of storage space is divided up between a ripening zone, a seafood area and loading bays. A fuel station for HGVs with two queues and a lorry wash are also part of this project.

Another project carried out between the IDEC GROUP and the POMONA Group

With the handover of this latest logistics project, the IDEC Group and its subsidiary, IDEC have completed another project with the POMONA Group. The handover of the keys comes after the completion of several other projects for the fresh produce specialist across France, including in Noyal-sur-Vilaine (Ille-et-Vilaine), Rezé (Loire Atlantique) and Valenton (Val-de-Marne).
