Very Good level BREEAM certification
FAUBOURG PROMOTION has just obtained BREEAM VERY GOOD certification for the construction work involving a 2200 m² office complex in Cesson-Sévigné (Ille-et-Vilaine). This certification illustrates the sustainable approach, both in the design and construction phase. With a score of 59.7%, the La Factory by GROUPE IDEC project stands out in particular with its energy requirements, its ability to offer a pleasant work place for its occupants and its eco-friendly approach in the widest sense.
2200 m² of offices with bold architectural choices
This programme offers 2200 m² of office space in the heart of an environment where a lot of attention has been paid to the architecture. The exterior of the building is inspired by former factories with brick frontage, large glass surfaces and black aluminium and zinc roofing. The interior also benefits from an approach applying contemporary materials and industrial style. This building houses the headquarters of IDEC AGRO & Factory, a subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP specialising in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving food factories.
La Factory by GROUPE IDEC, a concept for innovative offices
More than a programme, La Factory by GROUPE IDEC is a new office concept developed by FAUBOURG PROMOTION featuring innovative architecture both inside and out. The interior space features large open areas flooded by light which open out to the exterior. The environmental dimension is also at the heart of the design with measures designed to limit energy consumption.
