A 53,000 m² project

SAMADA, a subsidiary of the MONOPRIX GROUP in charge of its logistics business, relied on FAUBOURG PROMOTION to build its new site near Paris. This 53,000 m² project handed over last year in the Haut de Wissous II Park contains two buildings, including the company’s new headquarters and a multi-temperature storage warehouse with nine units.

BREEAM Very Good level certification

From the birth of the project, FAUBOURG PROMOTION took into account the environmental aspects to plan, design and build a project with low environmental impact. Using a wide range of solutions and innovative procedures, this project has just been awarded BREEAM Very Good level certification. This rewards the responsible approach used in developing this logistics project, which stands out in particular with controlled energy consumption and the best possible integration of the building in its environment.
