2700m² of office space
The ENENSYS Technologies Group, global specialist in digital broadcast technology for Telecom, Satellite and terrestrial networks has once again relied on the teams from FAUBOURG PROMOTION to build its offices in Cesson-Sévigné. This project covering 2700 m² will offer open-space offices on three floors in the heart of a work environment that has been designed to ensure the well-being of its future occupants.
SECOND PROJECT IN A ROW FOR ENENSYS
FAUBOURG PROMOTION has been entrusted for the second time by ENENSYS to build offices near Rennes. This latest project s being carried out just as the keys for a first building covering 2000 m² are being handed over a few metres away. The digital technology specialist was won over by this prime location opposite La Monniais Park developed by FAUBOURG PROMOTION and the office designs for La FACTORY by GROUPE IDEC with its bold architecture.
THE FUTURE ENSENSYS CAMPUS
The two buildings will make up the future ENENSYS campus, which ultimately will house all of the teams from Rennes within the Group. Part of the building will be left in reserve to deal with the growth of the group and will be rented out meanwhile to start-ups. The Group also plans to set up a Fab Lab there.
12 moNTHS OF WORK
It will take twelve months of work to erect this 2700 m² building. After the groundwork is complete, the builders will move in to build this project using quality materials such as bricks, zinc roofing and large glass and aluminium surfaces. The construction of this project has been awarded to Idec Agro & Factory, which once again confirms the way in which the various firms within the IDEC GROUP work together with their clients to find an all-round solution.
MORE THAN 7000 m² OF OFFICES BUILT IN Cesson-Sévigné (ILLE-ET-VILAINE)
The awarding of this second contract by ENENSYS comes after the Group set up its regional base in Cesson-Sévigné. In all, there are three buildings (the headquarters with Idec Agro & Factory and Enensys) cover a surface area of more than 7000 m² offering some new premium quality office space with carefully designed offices to ensure the well-being of the future occupants. Other projects are currently being studied by the FAUBOURG PROMOTION teams to continue the development of this popular concept.
