GEDOUIN Ingénierie, the design agency and consultancy for the food industry in the IDEC GROUP, has just completed a concentrator project for the dairy firm, MALO (Ille-et-Vilaine). Specialising in ultra-fresh dairy products (yogurts, rennet, fresh cheeses,..) and Roller powdered milk for making chocolates and pastries, MALO (a subsidiary of SILL Entreprises) awarded GEDOUIN Ingénierie with the contract to install a 10,000 l/hr GEA concentrator at its site in Saint-Malo.
