In order to cope with the steady growth in its business, the IDEC GROUP hires new talent each year to work with its clients. These new members of staff were able to take advantage of an integration day in Paris offering them the opportunity to meet a world of enthusiastic workers.

A group with strong values

Since its creation more than twenty years ago, the IDEC GROUP has developed around some strong values shared by its entire staff and led by the President of the Group, Patrice LAFARGUE and the many sportsmen and sportswomen linked to the firm. “Commitment, team spirit, trust, riguour, boldness and passion are the pillars which support the identity of the IDEC GROUP and are applied each day by the firm’s staff to take up the challenge given to them by the clients,” explained Patrice GAYE, Head of Human Resources at the IDEC GROUP.

A day to dive ino a world of enthusiastic workers

The IDEC GROUP invited the new recruits for a day from all over France to allow them to dive into the company’s work, culture and values. After presentations by the Heads of the various units, the eighty people attending carried out a fun activity to encourage people to get together and talk. Marie Amélie LE FUR is the Sports and health ambassador for the IDEC GROUP, and works with the company applying the methods developed by the company’s bosses to encourage people to take up various sports.

Around forty people being taken on

In order to cope with its growth, the IDEC GROUP attracts many new staff each year in various jobs. “Site managers, developers, sales staff, engineers, project developers…  the firm stresses the variety of work it does and the fascinating projects they run to encourage new talent to join them. Whether in France or internationally, the IDEC GROUP offers opportunities to each member of staff to allow them to advance and to grow with the company,” added Patrice GAYE. “We are currently looking for forty new members of staff in our various subsidiaries across France, but also to work with us on projects abroad.”
