A new 3200 m² headquarters
LA BOULANGERE, a firm specialising in the manufacture of breads, brioches and pastries, relied on the teams from THEBAULT INGENIERIE to build its new headquarters in Vendée. The building, the specifications of which involved attractive architecture and pleasant work areas, will house the company(s employees in 3200 m² of office space.
Bold architecture
THEBAULT INGENIERIE worked with its client from the birth of the project coming up with a made-to-measure construction. Its appealing architecture fits in with the work done by LA BOULANGERE. The arrangement of work areas should ensure pleasant work conditions with light offices and plenty of meeting places with meeting rooms, a refectory, a staff room and sports hall. Thanks to all the work done on the design, the headquarters should receive HQE Exceptional Level Certification, thanks to its sustainable approach and the comfortable work environment for the future occupants.
To be delivered in May
The construction of the new headquarters for LA BOULANGERE, run by the THEBAULT INGENIERIE building teams is reaching its end. The builders are putting the finishing touches to the work, with the final indoor and outdoor details. The final handover of the project is scheduled for May.
