To achieve this, we integrate projects tailored to each geographical zone, going from major platforms to hybrid hotels and distribution centres.
Fludis, an answer to ‘last kilometre’ logistics
Faced with the congestion of towns and the constant growth of flows related to e-commerce, FLUDIS is positioned as the ideal solution for taking up apparently contradictory challenges. By proposing 100%-electric warehouse barges and a comprehensive solution integrating ‘last kilometre’ distribution by electric cargo bike this company – supported by GROUPE IDEC – provides logistics players with an appropriate solution.
INNOVATIVE PROJECTS
A NEW-GENERATION DATA CENTER
THESEE DATA CENTER is developing a new-generation Data Center campus which will eventually comprise 6 constructions close to the Défense district of Paris (92). The first project supported, designed, financed and built by GROUPE IDEC is currently under construction. Once commissioned, it will offer the highest level of energy efficiency with energy consumption 35% lower than the most recent data centers. It will also provide leverage for ensuring secure data management.
A FRENCH BATTERY GIGAFACTORY
VERKOR, born from a grouping of heterogeneous enterprises (SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, INNO ENERGY and GROUPE IDEC), aims to build one or more production plants for electric car batteries. Integrating a strong environmental approach thought out from the outset, this or these future industrial sites aim to achieve mass production levels capable of meeting the exponential growth in demand resulting from the increasing number of hybrid and electric cars.
ATTRACTIVE CO-WORKING SPACES
In association with GROUPE IDEC, BUREAUX & CO, a company specialised in the creation of co-working spaces with striking architecture, is speeding up its development to propose ideally located work spaces to businesses, freelancers and students. The two partners are going to strengthen the regional fabric with attractive programmes in large French cities and metropolitan areas.
EXPANSION OF TELE-MEDECINE
ADECHOTECH designs, makes and industrialises the first multi-purpose tele-ultrasound scanning robot thanks to more than 15 years’ research conducted in the area of space medicine. These solutions at the service of doctors and developed by doctors, aim to improve patient care and health. In its ceaseless quest for innovation, this French SME invests constantly in R&D and regularly files a large number of patents.
