2450 m² of business premises
After delivering a first 3650 m² project late last year, which houses INCORE, FAUBOURG PROMOTION is currently working on another business property project. This 2450 m² project will be home to Neovia, a company specialising in roads and airports. The project is based around 1800 m² of business premises and 650 m² of offices and staff rooms.
Delivery in the second quarter of 2019
The work which started late last year is now well advanced. The concrete flooring is finished, as is the metal framework for the building, which means we can now see its final shape. Work continues now on the roofing, before the cladding goes on the various bits of masonry are finished. The construction of this project will continue until the handover in April 2019.
