SEQUABAT, the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP, which specialises in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving business premises, is taking care of the construction of a new project in Le Plessis-Pâté (Essonne). This 2450 m² project will be home to the NEOVIA company in the heart of the Le Val Vert Park run by the developer within the IDEC GROUP, FAUBOURG PROMOTION.

A second project in Le Plessis-Pâté

After delivering a first 3650 m² project late last year, which houses INCORE, SEQUABAT is currently working on another business property project developed by FAUBOURG PROMOTION. This project will become home to NEOVIA, which specialises in roads and airports. In order to meet the needs of its business, this project with a total surface of 2450 m² and will be based around 1800 m² of business premises and 650 m² of offices and staff rooms.

To be delivered in the second quarter of 2019

The work which started late last year is now well advanced. The concrete flooring is finished, as is the metal framework for the building, which means we can now see its final shape. Work continues now on the roofing, before the cladding goes on the various bits of masonry are finished.
